Terms & Conditions

General

  • These terms govern all land transfer services booked through Thai Escapade
  • By booking a land transfer, you agree to these terms and conditions

Booking and Payment

  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate information, including pickup location, drop-off point, tour details, flight details, and contact number
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless stated otherwise
  • All transfer bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation Email, or a message on WhatsApp or Line
  • Prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and are inclusive of applicable taxes and standard service fees

Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing via Email or WhatsApp or Line
  • Cancellation fees:
    • 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time: 100% refund
    • 48-24 hours before the scheduled pickup time: 50% refund
    • 24 hours or less than the scheduled pickup time: No refund

Modifications

  • Changes to date, time, or location are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled transfer
  • Unscheduled detours or stops are not permitted unless previously agreed upon. Additional charges may apply
  • Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges

Delays and No-shows

  • The driver will wait for a maximum of 15 beyond the scheduled pickup time at hotels or public locations
    • After that there will be a charge of 300 THB for 30 mins, 500 THB for 1 hour
    • Beyond 1 hour, the driver may be released, and the booking will be marked as a No-show with no refund
  • For airport transfers, waiting time is up to 1 hour after the flight lands. We monitor your flight status in real time to ensure a smooth airport pickup, even in the case of delays. Our driver will adjust the pickup time based on your actual landing time. Please provide your correct flight number at the time of booking
    • After that there will be a charge of 300 THB for 30 mins, 500 THB for 1 hour
    • Beyond 1 hour, the driver may be released, and the booking will be marked as a No-show with no refund
  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the transfer cost

Passenger and Luggage Allowance

  • Each vehicle has a fixed capacity. Exceeding the number of allowed passengers or luggage may result in denied boarding or the need to book an additional vehicle

  • Standard luggage allowance is one suitcase and one carry-on per passenger
  • Oversized or additional luggage must be disclosed and may incur extra charges

Prohibitions & Limitations

Prohibited Activities

  • No smoking, vaping, or consumption of alcohol or illegal substances in the vehicle
  • No Abusive, aggressive, or disrespectful behavior toward drivers or staffs will be tolerated
  • No carrying of hazardous, illegal, or dangerous goods

Service Limitations

  • Service availability may be affected by weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances. We’ll do our best to notify you and arrange alternatives
  • We are not responsible for delays due to acts of nature, strikes, accidents, or road closures. We recommend scheduling transfers with sufficient buffer time
  • We will not be responsible for missed flights, trains, or connections due to delays beyond our control
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule transfers with full refund if necessary

Pet Restrictions

  • We reserve the right to refuse boarding if:
    • A pet is not pre-declared at the time of booking
    • The pet appears aggressive, unclean, or disruptive
  • Pets are only allowed in private transfers and must be in appropriate carriers. Please notify us in advance
  • Cleaning or damage caused by pets may result in an additional fee of ฿300–฿500, or actual repair/replacement costs if applicable
