- Please note that the Thai National Park fee may change at the discretion of local authorities without prior notice. Should local authorities revise this fee, any additional amount must be settled in cash on the day of your tour
- We reserve the right to modify routes, timing, or itinerary or even cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as, but not limited to weather, sea conditions, or safety concerns
- Guests must be present in the hotel lobby at the confirmed pickup time. The driver will wait a maximum of 5 minutes, after which the vehicle will depart
- Once the vehicle departs, guests must arrange their own transfer to the pier. No refunds will be provided for no-shows

- You and all travelers in your group are medically fit for the booked experiences. Any relevant medical conditions or special requirements have been disclosed to us in advance
- You will follow local laws, safety guidelines, and the instructions of guides or transport personnel at all times. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove you from a Service (by us, or government authority) if your behavior is harmful or disruptive. No refund will be issued in such cases
