Eligibility
- Child tickets are only available for those with a height of 81 - 140 cm
- Children under 80 cm in height can enter the Main Hall for free (but cannot use VR and Rail Cinema)
- Children under 100 cm in height or under 2 years old are not allowed to use the Rail Cinema
- Children under 120 cm in height or under 8 years old are not allowed to use the VR Experience Hall
- Visitors with a height of 140 cm and above or 18 years old must purchase an adult ticket
- Child tickets must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times

- Your reservation is subject to availability. Our guest services team will respond to your request within 24 hours. The booking will be secured upon receipt of payment, followed by a personalized confirmation email
