- Your driver will wait up to 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time at no additional cost. After this grace period, waiting charges may apply

- You will follow local laws, safety guidelines, and the instructions of guides or transport personnel at all times. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove you from a Service (by us, or government authority) if your behavior is harmful or disruptive. No refund will be issued in such cases

- Your reservation is subject to availability. Our guest services team will respond to your request within 24 hours. The booking will be secured upon receipt of payment, followed by a personalized confirmation email
- The voucher is valid only on the specified date and time

- A compulsory Thai National Park fee is not included in the tour price and must be paid in cash on the day of the tour. The fee applies on a per-person basis
